You understand that the information may contain inaccuracies or errors, and you accept that we are not liable for any inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not accept liability for damages resulting from your use of the site or reliance on its content.

It is your responsibility to ensure that any products, services, or information you obtain through this website meet your specific needs.

Pre-Paid Packages

We base the savings listed for each package on the regular per-treatment price, not the pre-paid price.
You can purchase multiple packages; however, you must pay the full amount upfront. Our refund policy applies.
You must pay the entire package cost before starting treatments.

You need to book each treatment within the package. Cancellations, missed appointments, or changes made without 24 hours’ notice will be considered treatments taken and deducted from your package.
Treatments within a package cannot be exchanged for other treatments.
Our practitioners will advise you on recommended timeframes for each treatment. It is your responsibility to book appointments in advance to secure availability.
You must redeem all treatments within the package at the original clinic where you purchased it.
Pre-paid packages offer savings based on the pre-payment schedule. We do not offer refunds or transfers for pre-paid packages to other individuals, treatment areas, or clinics. Pre-pays remain valid for 12 months.
Each session includes one treatment. Multiple treatments in a single session count as multiple treatments and will be deducted accordingly.
If you choose to cancel or break the agreement for pre-paid sessions, you remain liable to pay the full treatment price for treatments already used.
We do not issue refunds for pre-paid treatments, even during lockdowns or disasters.
If any illness effects your treatments, you will have an additional 3 months to redeem your pre-paid treatments.
You must inform us of any skin concerns before treatment and sign a consent form.
We operate on an appointment-only basis and often run at full capacity. To secure your spot, you must pay a £20 deposit when booking.
We do not accept card payments under £130. Please pay by cash or bank transfer

I had issues with dark circles and puffiness under my eyes and tried so many eye creams and led lighting to not much avail. I was even considering filler but Sarah suggested microneedling, hifu and she even threw in some complimentary RF. I couldn't be happier with the results. The circles have improved drastically. We tried derma eye today as I have a little pocket of fluid retention under my left eye ans  I can't wait to see the results. As someone who is terrified of needles but equally terrified of looking old, I can hand on my heart say Sarah's treatments put my needle terrors to bed - practically painless.
