Pigmentation Removal Treatment

Derma Whitening  Pigmentation Removal

  (Mild To Moderate Pigmentation)

As we get older, many people find that they begin to struggle with the tell-tale signs of age that can begin to appear. Age spots – which are sometimes referred to as sunspots, Liver spots, Lentigos or Lentigines, appear on the skin. You may benefit from Pigmentation Removal Treatment which can be used to help fade these marks or remove them completely. These skin discolorations typically present as brown, flat marks. They can be found on those areas of the skin that are most commonly exposed to the sun. These can include the backs of the hand, the forearms, chest, neck, face and even the body.

Derma Whitening ( Medical Grade )

Derma Whitening is a complete treatment against hyperpigmentation such as dark spots, senile lentigo, solar lentigo, melasma, and photo-aging. This powerful mix of active ingredients acts by inhibiting melanogenesis and breaking down the accumulations of melanin, preventing the formation of new spots. The special complex of biomimetic peptides makes it an optimal solution to counteract the damage induced by photo-aging. Based on resorcinol, arbutin, succinic acid, azelaic acid, stabilized vitamin C, glutathione and a special complex of biomimetic peptides including Sh-Oligopeptide-1, Sh-Oligopeptide-2, Polypeptide-1, Polypeptide-9, Polypeptide- 11.

What you can expect from pigmentation removal treatment

Pigmentation removal treatment works as a result of the high energy levels that are present in the treatment itself. This works to create a photo-acoustic effect on the melanin that is present in the freckles. The treatment has the effect of shattering the pigment particles on the skin that cause these age spots and other marks, and this, in turn, makes it easier for them to be absorbed and in many cases actually removed from the body.

The result of the treatment will not be instantly visible. However, over time you should notice that the brown spots have either faded significantly or have completely disappeared, leaving you with skin that looks clearer, more youthful and radiant.

This is not a lengthy treatment, and each session should last no longer than 15 – 30 minutes. Most people find that they benefit from a course of treatments rather than just a single session.

With years of industry experience, we offer an incredibly high level of service to all our patients. If you are interested in pigmentation removal treatment, you’ve come to the right place. DEPIGMENTING COMPLEX AND INHIBITOR OF MELANOGENESIS:

  • Resorcinol: acts at the level of the tyrosinase enzyme: modulates the production of melanin and is effective in reducing and correcting skin discolorations such as sun spots, chloasma gravidarum, melasma, post-inflammatory hyper chromias. At this concentration, resorcinol causes the complete detachment of the stratum corneum; with powerful lightening and depigmenting properties it’s used for decades in the treatment of hyperpigmentation;
  • Arbutin: is a natural hydroquinone glycoside with a lightening and depigmenting action present in particular in the leaves of the Ursina grape. The action of arbutin is to inhibit tyrosinase with a consequent de-pigmenting effect, it is ideal for fighting localized hyperpigmentation such as freckles, age spots, sun spots by regulating the production of melanin;
  • Azelaic Acid: well-known depigmenting properties. Azelaic acid has a very strong inhibitory activity against the 5-alpha-reductase enzyme; this effect is not direct (as in the case of progesterone), but derives from the inhibition of NADP reductase with blocking of the production of NADPH (key coenzyme of 5-alpha-reductase). By virtue of its contrasting action against free radicals it is also an effective anti-aging and antioxidant remedy;
  • Vitamin C: antioxidant and with inhibiting melanogenesis function;
  • Glutathione: low molecular weight thiol-tripeptide that plays a leading role in maintaining intracellular redox balance. In addition to its remarkable antioxidant properties, the discovery of its antimelanogenic properties led to its promotion as a lightening agent. Its lightening effects derive from the direct and indirect inhibition of the tyrosinase enzyme and from the transition from the production of eumelanin to that of pheomelanin. Inhibits the synthesis of melanin, neutralizes free radicals and improves cell renewal;

METABOLIC REACTIVATOR COMPLEX BASED ON BIOMIMETIC PEPTIDES WITH ANTI-AGE ACTION:

  • Sh-Oligopeptide-1: EGF which allows to reduce and prevent wrinkles and expression lines thanks to the generation of new skin cells. Improves skin tone thanks to an intense energizing and revitalizing action. Its nourishing properties give the skin a more youthful appearance, also promoting the elimination of scars and imperfections. The EGF category to which Sh-Oligopeptide-1 belongs includes complex proteins, with a structure bio-identical to that of endogenous proteins that promote the physiological processes of cellular growth, proliferation and apoptosis;
  • Sh-Oligopeptide-2: Also called insulin-like growth factor 1 and belongs to the same group of growth factors as Sh-Oligopeptide-1. This EGF is made up of 70 amino acids and, similar to EGF, stimulates cell proliferation and tissue healing. Studies indicate that EGF and IGF1 work synergistically to promote keratinocyte proliferation;
  • Polypeptide-1: Cell signaling protein also called basic fibroblast growth factor and is similar to acidic fibroblast growth factor. It is a mitogenic active (stimulates cell proliferation) and also stimulates the growth and proliferation of fibroblasts. It also stimulates the synthesis of collagen and other components of the extracellular matrix;
  • Polypeptide-9: promotes vascularization and neoangiogenesis (creation of new blood vessels) as well as permeabilization of capillaries to facilitate the passage of nutrients;
  • Polypeptide-11: Also called acidic fibroblast growth factor. It belongs to the same group as Sh-Oligopeptide-1. It stimulates the growth and proliferation of fibroblast cells (VIP cells that produce collagen). It also stimulates tissue regeneration and the synthesis of collagen and elastin.
